When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted.
What if something I ordered is out of stock?
If we cannot fulfill your order completely, we will e-mail you to let you know that certain item(s) are out of stock. You can then decide if you’d like to wait for your order to come back in stock or have your card refunded for the amount of your order.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and you have received confirmation. If you made a mistake in your order, please e-mail orders@feelflossy.com as soon as you receive confirmation, and we will work out a solution.
